Led the redesign effort for the entire corporate website and online store, including the reorganization of over 10,000 pages of content. Teamed with Sapient/Nitro to develop a fresh approach to the site's user experience, using customer feedback from surveys and focus groups. Worked closely with our team of developers to implement a new CMS and e-commerce engine to complete the site overhaul.
