Oversee the design, layout, and production of more than 45–60 books each year. Work closely with authors, editors, and marketing staff to develop cover and interior designs that accurately represent the book's content and appeal to our customers. With an average of 750,000 units sold annually, my role in helping ensure that book publishing remains successful is critical to the association.

Educational Leadership is a 96-page monthly magazine published in print and multiple digital formats. With a circulation of 160,000, EL is acknowledged throughout the world as an authoritative source of information about teaching and learning, new ideas and practices relevant to practicing educators, and the latest trends and issues affecting prekindergarten through higher education.

Educational Leadership has won numerous awards for its design and content, including the prestigious Golden Lamp Award—the highest honor for educational publications.

Responsible for overseeing the editing, design, and production of multiple digital and print newsletters, including Education Update and Policy Priorities.

Policy Priorities, ASCD's quarterly policy newsletter, provides background and context for critical, timely education policy issues.

Education Update is the official member newsletter of ASCD with a circulation of 125,000. The monthly newsletter focuses on trends in K–12 education, instructional and leadership practices, and new research that informs learning and teaching.
